Privacy
Privacy and your enquiry information.
This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to enter in an enquiry form on this website: your name, phone number, email address, your suburb or town if you provide it, the type of work you are enquiring about, and the details you write in the message field. You may also attach photos of your property or project.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry — to understand the job, ask any follow-up questions, arrange a measure-up where needed, and provide a quote. We do not use the details you send for newsletters or advertising.
How enquiries are handled
Enquiries are delivered to our business email address. Any photos you attach are stored in private cloud storage and are accessed by us through temporary private links included in the enquiry email. This website does not run advertising or analytics tracking, and does not set cookies for marketing purposes.
Service providers
To operate this website and deliver your enquiry to us we rely on third-party service providers — website hosting, file storage and email delivery. Your enquiry passes through and may be stored by those providers as part of delivering it. We do not sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone else except where it is needed to carry out the work you have asked about, or where we are required to by law.
Keeping and removing information
We keep enquiry emails and any attached photos for as long as they remain useful for quoting, completing and supporting the work. If you would like us to delete your enquiry and photos, contact us and we will remove them from our records.
Access and corrections
You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Please contact us using the details below.
