Authorised Stratco Outback Dealer

Patios, verandahs and outdoor living.

As an authorised Stratco Outback dealer we specify and install Outback structures to suit your home, your block and the way you want to use the space — then build them with our own team.

Flat-roof verandahs & patios

A clean, low-profile roofline that suits most homes and sheds, and works well where roof height is limited.

  • Attached to the house or freestanding
  • Translucent infill sheeting where you want more light
  • Suits paved areas, entertaining spaces and outdoor kitchens

Gable patios

A raised, open feel with more headroom and airflow — a good fit over decks, pools and larger entertaining areas.

  • More height and a more open outlook
  • Skylight or translucent sheeting options
  • Can be combined with flat sections over adjoining areas

Insulated roofing

Insulated roof sheeting reduces heat and noise underneath and gives a finished ceiling look without lining it separately.

  • Helps reduce heat under the roof
  • Helps reduce rain noise
  • Clean underside finish straight off the sheet

Opening louvre roofs

A louvre roof lets you open the space up for sun or close it down for shade and weather protection.

  • Adjustable shade through the day
  • Close the roof when weather turns
  • Suits year-round outdoor living areas

Which roof style, span and footing detail suits your site depends on the structure it attaches to, the ground conditions and local wind requirements — that is confirmed at the on-site measure, not over the phone.

Choosing the right structure

Flat, gable, insulated or louvre?

Most people start with a rough idea and a photo. These are the ranges we can specify as an authorised Stratco Outback dealer, and the practical reasons customers pick one over another.

Start with how you'll use it

Shade over a paved area, an all-weather entertaining space, or cover for a caravan — each pushes the design a different way.

Then the roof and light

Insulated sheeting helps keep the space cooler and quieter; translucent panels let light through to windows behind; a louvre roof lets you change your mind daily.

Finally the site itself

Existing roofline, gutter height, slab or footings and access all affect what can be built. We confirm this on site before quoting.

Carports

Cover for cars, boats and caravans.

Stratco Outback carports supplied and installed to suit the driveway you have and the vehicles you need to park under them.

Attached or freestanding

Single or double, tied into the house roofline or standing on its own — often built to match an adjoining patio so the structure reads as one.

Sized to the vehicle

Height and span set around what actually goes under it — a caravan or boat needs a different clearance to a family car, and the driveway fall matters.

Stratco Outback Ambient blinds

Close the space in when the weather turns.

Ambient outdoor blinds help keep a verandah usable through afternoon sun, wind and light rain, without walling it in permanently.

  • Helps block low sun and driving rain across an open side
  • Helps keep wind out of an entertaining area
  • Clear and tinted options where you want to keep the view
  • Fitted to new Outback structures or to an existing verandah

Available fabrics, operation and sizes are confirmed against the current Stratco Outback Ambient range at quoting.

Fencing

Boundaries, frontages, pool barriers and frameless glass.

We supply and install fencing across regional South Australia — from standard boundary fences between neighbours through to frameless and custom curved glass pool fencing.

Frameless glass pool fencing

Toughened glass panels with minimal hardware create an open, unobstructed pool area while the completed barrier is designed around the applicable pool-fencing requirements.

Custom curved glass fencing

Curved and angled glass runs set out to follow a pool edge, a garden bed or a non-square yard rather than forcing a straight line.

Semi-frameless & metal pool fencing

A more cost-effective pool barrier using posts with glass or metal infill, installed to suit the pool area and how the yard is used.

Good Neighbour fencing

The standard boundary fence between properties, finished so both sides look the same and neither neighbour gets the back of it.

Slat fencing

A modern horizontal slat look for frontages, courtyards and privacy screening, with gates built to match.

Post & rail fencing

An open rural-style fence for paddocks, driveways, frontages and larger blocks.

Barr fencing

Barr fencing supplied and installed where you want a stronger, more decorative boundary or frontage.

Gates to match

Pedestrian and driveway gates built in the same profile as the fence, including automated sliding gates.

Pool fencing and safety requirements

Pool barriers are subject to safety rules that depend on the pool, the yard and when it was built — including gate hardware, self-closing behaviour, gap tolerances and what can be climbed near the barrier. We work through what applies to your property at the measure rather than quoting a layout sight-unseen.

Automatic Technology logoATA gate automation

Gates & automation

Custom-built sliding gates, automated.

We fabricate sliding gates to suit the opening rather than fitting a stock size, then pair them with ATA gate automation so the gate can be operated from the vehicle.

  • Sliding gates built to suit the opening, the fall of the driveway and the fence line
  • Finishes matched to new or existing fencing where possible
  • ATA gate automation fitted and set up on site
  • Remote controls and entry options discussed before installation

ATA NeoSlider™ sliding gate opener

The NeoSlider is ATA's sliding gate operator for residential driveway gates. We specify the model and drive setup against the gate's weight, length and how often it's used — confirmed at the measure, not over the phone.

  • Suits custom-built sliding gates on a level, well-supported track
  • Remote controls set up and handed over on completion
  • Safety and reversing behaviour tested before we leave site
  • Keypad, intercom and additional remote options discussed at quoting

Exact operator model, force settings and accessories are confirmed against the current ATA range at the on-site measure.

Guttering

House regutters and replacement guttering.

Tired guttering shows up as overflow in heavy rain, rust streaks down the fascia and water where it shouldn't be. We strip the old run off and replace it properly.

  • Full house regutters and replacement guttering
  • Old, rusted, sagging or leaking gutter runs removed and replaced
  • Downpipes addressed as part of the job where needed
  • Guttering matched to the roofline and the home's colour scheme

03

04

Build and install
